The Miss Flat River Heritage Scholarship Program
What is the Miss Flat River Heritage Scholarship Program?
The Miss Flat River Heritage Scholarship Program is a closed local scholarship competition in the Miss Michigan Scholarship Program and the Miss America Organization. We EMPOWER local young women through SERVICE and SCHOLARSHIP. The Miss America Organization is the largest scholarship program for women in the world, making available millions of dollars in college scholarship assistance each year. The Miss Flat River Heritage Scholarship Program awards scholarships to young women of Montcalm, Ionia, Gratiot, and Isabella Counties, including Central Michigan University. These scholarships are provided each year by our generous sponsors. Experience is not needed. We prepare our candidates to be their “best self.” They will find confidence, interview skills, personal empowerment, a love of service, encouragement, opportunities to hone and present a talent, and a positive group of peers in our program. All candidates support the national Miss America Organization (MAO) with a $35 one-time per-year registration and a $75 per local competition registration. To request further information, please email our Titleholder Director, Carol Warner @ 12warner22@gmail.com .
